I have a local lender that I recommend, did my own loan actually, who told me today “I did a 30 year fixed rate loan today for 4.5% and he didn’t even have the best credit!” Wow, that is so fabulous!

4.5% no problem, they locked the rate back in the 2nd week of January or bought it down. Every Mortgage Banker or Broker in the state of Washington could have done that. And it is always a great time to buy if you can get a good deal. Since most homes are only held for 7 years,and refi’ed at least once, timing the market is not really a factor. I do believe I did give a speech about the “rule of 72″ at a Toastmasters meeting. Hope your havin a great day, Keep selling!
